Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentLaunch AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLaunch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
